The day's calendar: lessons with Priya Lewis and Oliver Walker, each with their student's picture
The dashboard: a two-week calendar with the number of lessons each day, celebrations, arrears and today's lessons

What you get.

Everything you need to run your lessons, from the diary to the day they pass.

The day's calendar, with a row of dates along the bottom to jump between days

Calendar

Your day hour by hour, each lesson in its student's colour. Drag a lesson to a new time, stretch it longer, or jump to any day from the row of dates.

The dashboard: a two-week calendar, celebrations, arrears and today's lessons

Celebrations

Every driving test pass counted: how many passed last month, how many all time, and the average number of lessons it took them.

Arrears: a card for each student who owes, with how long and how many lessons

Arrears tracking

Every student who owes you, how long since, and for how many lessons, such as 3 lessons in arrears. You'll even be reminded when you book a lesson for someone who owes.

This week's lessons, day by day, each marked Paid or Unpaid

Lessons

Today's lessons, this week's, or all of them, with the next one marked and each showing whether it's been paid for.

Payments: each one with the student's picture, the date, and how many lessons it covers

Payments

Record a payment as the number of lessons it covers, with no amounts to type in, and Drive Everywhere works out which lessons are paid.

The students list: each student's picture, their next lesson, and a pill for any lessons in arrears

Students

Everyone you teach in one list, with each student's next lesson, who has No lessons booked, and who owes you.

More features.

A profile for every learner

Their phone number a tap away, their pickup address on a map, and an animal picture of their own, which colours their lessons in your calendar.

Licence and tests

Note when you've seen their provisional licence, keep a photo of it on your phone if you like, and record when they pass their theory test.

Notes that help

Keep notes on anything that helps you teach them, such as nerves or dyslexia, alongside an emergency contact.

Your working hours

The same hours on the days you choose, or different hours each day, with as many windows as you need.

Lesson length and breaks

Set the length new lessons start at, and block out time before and after each one for travel or a break.

Your own event types

Add types of your own, such as mock tests or training, treated like a lesson with a student or like other time in your diary.

Easy to read

Switch every word in the app to Lexend, a typeface designed to reduce visual stress, and choose your accent colour and light or dark.
